To book a hostel room, simply visit our booking page, select your preferred hostel and room type, fill in your details including your student index number, and confirm your booking. You'll receive a confirmation email once your booking is processed.
You'll need your student ID, valid student index number, and contact information. Make sure your student status is active and you have completed your registration for the academic year.
Yes, you can cancel your booking up to 30 days before the start of the academic year. Cancellations made after this period may incur a cancellation fee. Contact our support team for assistance.
We accept various payment methods including bank transfers, mobile money (MTN, Vodafone, AirtelTigo), and cash payments at the university finance office. Payment plans are also available for eligible students.
